Offer for Subscription

The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, a further 108,032 ordinary shares have issued today at a price of
93p.  Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 6 September
2004 at 8.00am.

The total number of shares in issue is now 42,886,499.
