2003/2004 Offer for Subscription


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, 358,917 ordinary shares have issued today. Trading in these
additional shares is expected to commence on 9 March 2004 at 8.00am.

These shares are allotted and issued in connection with an Offer for
Subscription of up to 3,000,000 new ordinary shares and the remaining balance
will be allotted and issued on an ongoing basis.
