2003/2004 Offer for Subscription


The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, 385,186 ordinary shares have issued today at a price of 98p.
Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 25 March 2004 at
8.00am.

These shares are allotted and issued in connection with an Offer for
Subscription of up to 3,000,000 new ordinary shares and the remaining balance
will be allotted and issued on an ongoing basis.
