Directorate Change

As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC confirms the resignation of Gordon Brough as a Director and Chairman following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 22 April 2014. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Brough for his leadership and for the valued contribution that he has made to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office.

As stated in the Annual Report for the year ended 30 November 2013, Allister Langlands is appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.
