Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 31 August 2022 the Company's capital consisted of 51,072,669 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 August 2022 was 51,072,669.
