Resignation of Directors

Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that, in connection with the announced changes to the Company's corporate governance, Alan Ferguson and Mark Smith have resigned from the Board of Directors of Mattioli Woods with immediate effect. Alan and Mark remain members of the Company's senior executive team (SET^GO).

Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer said: "I would like to thank Alan and Mark for their valuable contribution to the Board and I know the senior management team will continue to benefit from their expertise."
