Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 9 June 2014, Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita")  purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain of the Company's directors pursuant to The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan as follows:
