Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that on 25 September 2009, Murray Smith, Marketing and Sales Director, sold 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 205 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Murray Smith has a beneficial interest in 353,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
