                              Results of Meetings


The Company is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions which were
proposed without amendment at the meetings of holders of warrants issued by the
Company and Marwyn Value Investors Limited ('Marwyn'), the class meetings of
holders of shares in Marwyn and the Extraordinary General Meetings of the
Company and Marwyn that were held earlier today have been duly passed by the
requisite majorities without amendment.

The principal conditions to the Company's proposed amalgamation with Marwyn have
therefore been satisfied but the amalgamation remains subject to the other
conditions set out in the circular to the Company's shareholders and
warrantholders dated 11 March 2008.
