Notice of Purchase of Shares

The Company has been notified that Marwyn Value Investors L.P. (the "Master Fund") has purchased 900,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Furthermore the Company has been informed that the Master Fund intends to utilise the exchange procedure such that those shares will, in due course, cease to exist.

The ordinary shares were purchased by the Master Fund at 70 pence per share, which represents a discount of 37.6% to the last reported net asset value per ordinary share of 112.1 pence.
