Proposed move to the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc

Further to its announcement of 3 November 2008, Marwyn Value Investors Limited (AIM: MVI) has today published its prospectus in connection with the proposed admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital and all issued warrants to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ( 'SFM' and 'Admission').

It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in MVI's shares and warrants on the SFM will commence at 8.00 am on 8 December 2008. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares and warrants on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously.

The prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website www.marwynvalue.com.
