Share dealings by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 ("MAR").

The Company today announces that on 29 March 2018 it was notified by Mr James Corsellis, a PDMR of the Company, that in accordance with MAR on 29 March 2018 he transferred 38,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from one of his accounts to another at a price of 126 pence per Ordinary Share. There was no change in beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares as a result of this transfer.

James Corsellis holds 886,365 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.25% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
