                                 Name Change


The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors II Limited (the 'Company') is
pleased to announce that the change of the Company's name from Marwyn Value
Investors II Limited to Marwyn Value Investors Limited was granted by the
Guernsey Royal Court on 25 April 2008.  The name change will become effective on
AIM from 8am tomorrow morning.

The London Stock Exchange TIDM codes for both the Ordinary shares (MVI) and
warrants (MVIW) remain unchanged.
