Cancellation of Trading of Warrants over Ordinary Shares

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announces that

the Company has applied for the cancellation of admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the warrants which are currently trading over the ordinary shares in the Company, with effect from the close of trading on 30 September 2010 when the subscription period for the warrants ends.
