On 19 February 2020, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") issued 100,000 treasury shares at a price of 325p per share from the Treasury Share Account.

Following this issue, the Company holds 14,861,802 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 83,814,105 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
