On 29 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 3,616 ordinary shares at a price of 241.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,634,127 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 92,949,075 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
