On 15 September 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 124 ordinary shares at a price of 232.25p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 9,993,670 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,589,532 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
