On 19 June 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 1,023 ordinary shares at a price of 180.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,633,205 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,859,966 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
