On 14 May 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 185.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,811,457 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,681,714 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
