On 12 February 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 34,000 ordinary shares at a price of 181.25p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 1,941,766 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 102,551,405 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
