                             Director Shareholdings


The  Company  has  been informed that on 17 December 2007,  Gill  Nott,  a  non-
executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 132 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following  this  purchase, Gill Nott has a total beneficial  and  non-beneficial
holding  of  30,000  Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the  current  issued
share capital of the Company.
