Change of Benchmark - 1 February 2020

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11 June 2019 the Company resolved to update its Investment objective and policy with effect from 1 February 2020, which included a change in the Company's benchmark to the MSCI All Country World Index in place of the FTSE World Index.

The FTSE index covers some countries less well than the MSCI index, in particular some of the larger emerging markets such as China and India in which the company does sometimes hold investments.

This change will come into effect from the beginning of the financial year, 1 February 2020.  No significant changes to the management of the portfolio are anticipated.
