Exchange via UBS Investment Bank

Lowest price paid per share:                     381.5p

Volume weighted average price per share:         382.9622p

Following the above purchase, Marston's PLC holds 31,112,339 ordinary shares as
treasury shares and has 280,632,541 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
