ordinary shares of 7.375p each on the London Stock Exchange via UBS Investment 
Bank.

Highest price paid per share:                   355p

Lowest price paid per share:                    347.27p

Volume weighted average price per share:        351.6461p

 

Marston's PLC intends to hold these shares as treasury shares. Following the
above purchase, Marston's PLC holds 30,250,339 ordinary shares as treasury
shares and has 282,366,613 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
