ordinary shares of 7.375p each on the London Stock Exchange via UBS Investment
Bank.

Lowest price paid per share:                    347.75p

Volume weighted average price per share:        348.9365p



Marston's PLC intends to hold these shares as treasury shares. Following the
above purchase, Marston's PLC holds 27,635,339 ordinary shares as treasury
shares and has 284,919,937 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
