On 19 October 2012 the Company was notified that Barnaby Hodgson, a person connected to Lord Hodgson who is a person discharging managerial responsibilities/director, has acquired shares in the Company in lieu of a cash dividend pursuant to a pre-existing trading plan operated by Barnaby Hodgson's broker.
