Marston's PLC: Annual Report and Associated Documents

The following documents have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility which is located at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS:

• 2008 Annual Report; 

• Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 January 2009 ('AGM Notice');

• Form of Proxy;

• The draft amended Articles of Association, together with a comparison document showing the amendments proposed to be made at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The 2008 Annual Report, AGM Notice and the amended Articles of Association are also available on the Marston's PLC website: www.marstons.co.uk. 

One of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting will be that the Company amends the Company's current Articles of Association to make the amendments described in the AGM Notice. Full details of all resolutions to be proposed are contained in the AGM Notice.
