Purchase and sale of ordinary shares
The Company announces that the Trustees of its Long Term
Incentive Plan and one of its non- executive directors
have today purchased 154,705 and 2,000 ordinary shares
respectively. In addition, the Company's directors have
sold 113,976 ordinary shares following their exercise of
a total of 220,000 share options.
Full details of these transactions will follow.
