Notice of Capital Markets Event

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in compliance services and software, will host a capital markets event on the software activities of its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) division on Wednesday 11 January 2023 at Marlowe PLC, 20 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HN.

The GRC software deep-dive session will cover:

· Growth dynamics in the GRC software market, driven by an increased corporate focus on managing environmental, supply chain, health, safety, audit, and IT risks

· The compliance software offering Marlowe has built to address these trends

· The role of software development in accelerating Marlowe's organic growth

Marlowe will also showcase its digital offering via demonstrations of its compliance eLearning, enterprise risk management and regulatory intelligence products.

This event will start at 15:15 GMT and is expected to end at around 17:30 GMT. There will be the opportunity to talk to management after the event has finished. No new material trading or other information will be disclosed.
