Completion of Acquisition of Ellis Whittam (Holdings) Limited
Further to the announcement of 28 October 2020, Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Company"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, confirms that the Financial Conduct Authority has approved the change of control of Ellis Whittam (Holdings) Limited ("Ellis Whittam") and the Acquisition of Ellis Whittam has now completed.
