DEALING BY DIRECTORS

1. Robert William Chaigneau Colvill has today acquired 8,268 shares by          
  exercising an SAYE Option at a price of 257p each.  Mr Colvill's total        
 holding now stands at 53,228 shares.

2. Philip Guy McCracken has today acquired 1,322 shares by exercising an SAYE   
  Option at a price of 257p each.  Mr McCracken's total holding now stands at   
 68,875 Shares.
