   •As announced on 8 July 2003, from September 2003 Luc Vandevelde's reward
    package will be in the form of shares. Luc Vandevelde has today acquired
    13,500 shares at a price of 311p per share registered in his own name. His
    total shareholding following this transaction is 894,257 shares.

   •Within the terms of his employment contract, Vittorio Radice has today
    sold 15,000 shares registered in his own name at a price of 311.195p per
    share. This sale was to fund part of the income tax liability arising from
    the previously announced contractual award to him of 67,479 shares on 1 July
    2003. His total shareholding following this transaction is 117,947 shares.
