  * Brian Ford Baldock sold 60,000 Marks and Spencer shares at a price of
    208.75p registered in the name of Fielding Nominees.
  * Mrs Carole Anthea Baldock purchased 60,000 Marks and Spencer shares at a
    price of 208.75p registered in the name of Fielding Nominees.

Mr Baldock's total holding remains unchanged at 70,000 shares.
