DEALING BY DIRECTOR
On 24 November 2000 David Ronald Norgrove was granted 2,483 shares under the
Sharesave Scheme at a price of 156p each.
The Option may be exercised during a six month period following the normal
exercise date of 1 January 2004.
Mr Norgrove holds 494,384 shares under option following this notification.
