Notice of Results

Marks Electrical Group plc ("the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, will announce its full year results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2022 on 8 June 2022.

An in-person presentation for sell-side analysts hosted by Mark Smithson, CEO, and Josh Egan, CFO, will take place at 09.00am on 8 June 2022. Please contact [e-mail] for further information.

In addition, management will also provide a live online presentation for investors at 10.30am on 10 June 2022. The online event is open to all existing and potential shareholders and registration is free. Questions can be submitted during the presentation and will be addressed at the end.
