Exercise of Share Options, Issue of Equity & TVR

Manx Financial Group PLC (AIM:MFX), the holding company providing a range of diversified financial services to the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom, announces that on 16th April 2024 it has received and accepted a request to exercise options over 350,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("Options"), at an exercise price of 14 pence per New Ordinary Share, for an aggregate consideration of £49,000.

The Options were granted on 23 June 2014, and were due to lapse on 22 June 2024.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 350,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3^rd May 2024.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares and Additional Allotment, the Company's issued share capital consists of 116,541,936 Ordinary Shares of no-par value, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 116,541,936.
