Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 9^th July 2010 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company purchased:

o 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 12.0p per share on 5^th July 2010. 

o 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 12.0p per share on 6^th July 2010. 

o 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 12.0p per share on 7^th July 2010. 

As a result of these purchases the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Banks is 633,333 (600,000 held on behalf of his SIPP and 33,333 directly) representing 0.75% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Banks is also beneficially interested in 51% of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Ltd.  The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd on trust for Rock Holdings Ltd is 7,038,193 representing 8.30% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

In addition, Mr Banks is beneficially interested in 37.5% of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd.  STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd holds 3,481,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd representing 4.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd holds on trust 2,269,466 Ordinary Shares in the Company for Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd representing 2.68% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest in is 13,422,325 representing 15.83% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
