The Company was informed on 6^th January 2012 that Mr Juan "Fred" Kelly, a Director of the Company, purchased 27,860 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7 pence per share on 6^th January 2012 in his own name. 

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Kelly has an interest is 27,860 representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
