Change to Director Holdings

 

 

The Company has been advised that Mr Jim Mellon, Executive Chairman of the Company has on 10 January 2022 transferred 692,650 Ordinary Shares held in his own name to Vidacos Nominees Limited.  There has been no change to his total beneficial interest because of this transfer, which remains at 21,522,650 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.83% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
