Notification of Major Interests in Shares

On the 12th July 2002 the Company was notified of the acquisition by Mr Rainer
Marc Frey, CEO of RMF, a Group subsidiary, of 571,289 shares in the Company. 
Mr Frey is now deemed to be beneficially interested in a total of 9,405,083
ordinary shares representing 3.026% of the issued share capital.
