Agreement to dispose of Refco London

Man Financial confirms that Marathon Asset Management has replaced it as the
purchaser of the assets and accounts of Refco's London businesses.

Man took this decision because of the high level of client overlap with its own
London operation.

Man wishes Marathon and Refco's London businesses every success for the future.
