Notification is given pursuant to Chapter 16.13 of the Listing Rules, that on
11th December 2000, the security interest of the Employee Trust was reduced by
348,412 shares (for nil consideration).  The Employee Trust now has a security
interest over 548,057 shares.

Executive Directors of the company are deemed to be interested in the
1,603,280 shares held by the Employee Trust and the 548,057 shares over which
the Employee Trust holds a security interest.
