Acquisition of 468,916 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at nil consideration on the vesting and exercise of share awards granted in March 2007under The Man Group Post-Tax Co-Investment Plan

Shares sold:   239,673 ordinary shares at a price of 247.239919 pence per share.
