On 1st February 2008 the following share transaction was completed by a
Non-Executive Director of Man Group plc. Man Group plc was informed of the
transaction on that date.


Glen Moreno:

Shares sold 87,500 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at a price of 578.12
pence per share.

Following the above transaction Glen Moreno is deemed to no longer have an
interest in Man Group plc ordinary shares.
