                                 Board Changes

On 27 March 2000, E D & F Man Group plc, the financial services group,
announced that Peter Clarke would become Group Finance Director with effect
from 8 June (being the date of the Announcement of the Group's annual results)
in place of Andrew Sutton.

The Company today announces that Andrew Sutton will be leaving the Board with
effect from 8 June and that Peter Clarke will become Group Finance Director
with effect from today's date.
