Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a Block Listing of 129,019 ordinary shares of 18 US Cents each of
Man Group plc to be admitted to the Official List. The shares to be issued are
in respect of The Man Group Sharesave Scheme


The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
