Sale of shares from the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust

Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified today that on 1 September 2014 the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust sold 50,000 shares at 236p per share.  Following the sale, the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust holds 433,387 shares in the Company.

The NAV per share of the Company will now be calculated on 52,094,613 shares being the total shares in issue less the number of shares now held by the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust.
