Allotment of new shares

The Company announces the allotment on 14 December 2015 of 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each fully paid under its block listing facility at a price of 265.5p per share. Following the allotment, the number of ordinary shares in issue is now 53,283,000.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 53,283,000.

The above figure (53,283,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
