               Executive Share Option Scheme

Options have been exercised under the Company's Executive
Share Option Scheme in respect of 50,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company. The shares allotted in respect of
those options have been admitted to the Official List of
the London Stock Exchange with effect from today.
