transferred on 18 April 2001, his total holding of 4,385 ordinary shares of
10p each (representing 0.01% of the issued class of capital) to his wife, Mrs
M E W Reid.

Mr Reid is still deemed to have a disclosable interest in 4,385 shares,
representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
